WiseTwin's philosophy: operational excellence and industrial performance come from tools
designed by and for the teams who use them, without disrupting their daily work. Digital must be
accessible in price and in design time; answers should be fast, tailor-made, and sized on
real identified needs. Projects start small: a first focused deliverable builds trust,
then the tool grows over time. There is no rigid org chart: the team assembles on the fly
around each client's need, across three units (Consulting / Data & AI / 3D & immersive).

How it works: day 1, a free discussion (on site if possible); day 2, a specification
with clear scope and controlled costs (free quote, no commitment); the following weeks,
iterative development with a fast first deliverable; then deployment and ongoing
support. Deliverables belong to the client.

## Tools (born in the field)

Two logics: custom trainings are projects billed once (an investment, no recurring
cost); platforms are yearly subscriptions per site that clients run autonomously.

- WiseTrainer (€5,000 to €15,000 per project, depending on scope) — the client's own
  facilities recreated as immersive 3D training simulators. Billed once; the 3D asset
  belongs to the client. Standalone deliverable: Windows/Mac executable or web build
  for the client's intranet or own LMS; hosting on the WiseTwin LMS is optional, never
  required.
- WiseTour — immersive safety induction of the client's site, built on a 3D scan
  (Gaussian splatting). Two ways in: a client who already has a scan (.ply, .splat,
  .ksplat, .spz, .sog or .glb files) uploads it into the WiseTour editor, an LMS brick
  at €900/yr, and adds zones, instructions, points of interest and quizzes alone;
  otherwise WiseTwin scans the site (technicians on site, or smartphone footage
  processed by WiseTwin) and delivers the tour turnkey for €10,000 to €20,000 per
  project depending on the site, billed once, the scan belonging to the client.
- The LMS platform (from €1,200/year for the core alone; €4,800/year all included
  excluding SSO) — the standalone, content-agnostic LMS. The core (€1,200/yr per site,
  unlimited learners, no commitment, free trial with 3 users and every brick) includes:
  import of SCORM 1.2 and 2004 trainings, videos, PDFs and links; catalog; training
  plans and groups; paths; automatic reminders and recertification; certificates and
  attestations; notifications; Qualiopi compliance (evidence register, exports,
  follow-up evaluation); badges; dashboards and analytics; the WisePaper editor
  (unlimited authors).
  Ten optional bricks in four families, activated per client (remove one, the price
  drops):
  - WiseTwin content: WiseTrainer 3D (included with a project, delivery at no extra
    cost), WisePaper editor (included in the core, unlimited authors), WiseTour editor (€900/yr,
    upload your own 3D scan and compose your tours yourself).
  - Artificial intelligence: Ask AI (€900/yr, safety assistant cross-referencing
    internal incidents, the ARIA database and the catalog), risk hunt (€600/yr,
    workstation photo analysis), WisePaper AI import (€600/yr, PDF, Word and
    PowerPoint to training, 50 imports included).
  - Integrations: SSO (€1,800/yr, SAML / OAuth via the client's identity provider,
    always billed on top of the full bundle), API, webhooks and LRS (€600/yr, API v1,
    signed webhooks, xAPI statements sent to the client's LRS).
  - Governance and branding: audit log (€300/yr), white label (€900/yr: colors, name,
    logo, certificate signatory).
  Full bundle: €4,800/yr for the core and every brick except SSO (€6,000/yr à la
  carte). Clients can take the LMS alone and import their own trainings.
- WiseAtlas (on quote) — interactive map editor for territories and industrial
  infrastructure, used self-service or delivered as a turnkey project. 3D models,
  virtual tours, up-to-date data, shareable in one link.
